Unable to update my fydeos for you version

I have an active subscription, but it does not allow the OTA update of the fydeos version I have on my surface go (Current version V21)?

You need to do a backup of your files, and store them on a drive, then, powerwash, import your backup during setup, and update from the newly installed version. Hope it works! It did for me.

thank you for this solution, but I thought the system is supposed to get updates on itself without resetting the re-installing the system?

It is supposed to, but I recently had the same issue. This was the solution. @dali1 I do hope it works!

Oh. It worked for me. Maybe if you reinstall it? The backup is designed to work through all the versions…

I think it’s supposed to get the free in the background OTA Updates on a fydetab duo.
