Hello FydeOS team, let me tell you that I’m impressed and excited about your system. I’ve been using it on my Orange Pi 5 Max and I’m amazed, but I have two problems that I don’t know how to solve:
Bluetooth
When I pair Bluetooth headphones, the Bluetooth doesn’t turn back on when I suspend the system. Every time I restart FydeOS, it can’t recognize the device, and I have to forget it and pair it again.
Monitor
I have my 4K monitor, but every time the system starts, it doesn’t recognize it. I have to unplug it and plug it back in the monitor for FydeOS to recognize it. It’s worth mentioning that I’m using an HDMI 2.1 cable.
I hope you can guide me on how to solve these problems, regards.
I have just installed fydeos on my OPi 5+. It works great on a 1080pm HDMI to USB adapter into Win10, but fydeos won’t display anything on my 4k asus monitor at all, no matter how I try to get it to work.
I booted with an old OPi 5+ linux image to make sure the hardware isn’t the issue, and the screen worked straight away, and recognises me swapping it between the adapter and the screen. This proves fydeos is the issue.
We haven’t been able to reproduce this issue on our test devices, so it may be related to compatibility with certain display panels. Please try submitting feedback from within the system so we can review the logs for any clues. Since we can’t reproduce the issue locally, compatibility-related problems like this are unfortunately difficult to investigate and fix.
