Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:

  • Description:
I have three SSDs with FydeOS installed, 2 with version 19 & one with version 18.1.
The version 19 says it is the last update there is no other update.
I paid the small fee to install upgrade to version 22 from 18.1 (as it offers the upgrade), but what it did is upgrade to version 19 which says the same as the other two, that 19 is the latest version.
What is going on? why can’t it upgrade to version 22 as it advertised?

Thanks
Kind Regards

OK never mind, if 19 is the best I can get for Dell Latitude E5550 so be it.
I just want out of curiosity to try 20+ versions.
I have a Mac mini 2018 macmini8,1 with Intel Core i7 & Intel UHD Graphics 630, will it upgrade above version 19?
Cheers…

The Intel Legacy version is no longer being updated, and the last available version is v19. If you would like to use v22, you can reinstall either the Slim version or the Modern version.

Yes thanks, I am now using slim version 22 on an Acer Chromebook Spin 15 which stopped updating at 126 I think, so it is giving it a new lease of life in the upgrade to 144. I can also use Ubuntu 24 on it.
Everything works including Crostini, to get full Android I have to issue a command on security which i will do.
Didn’t try it on macmini7,1, but on mcmini8,1 just wifi doesn’t work, ethernet works, etc.
