Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:
When i first installed the Fyde Slim OS, the touch screen stopped working on first running after the install was completed.
After alot of testing and trying to calibrate the screen I found the Calibrations was showing on the the smaller “Customer Display” which was non touch screen.
When I unplugged the usb connection connecting and powering the smaller non touch display, i regained full touch screen control, and all was normal.
When i looked at the Display settings in settings when the smaller screen was connected it had control of the Touch and Calibration, not the main screen.
What i wanted to achieve is the main large display which is touch screen working and the extended display screen (small non touch as a second screen) displaying extended output.
I have tried the following
-
changing the order of the two screens, moving the smaller screen to both the left and right of the main.
-
Changing the second screen to primary, originally it was showing as extended.
-
Powering up the system with out it then plugging it in.
