Issue: GApps Configurator shows “Failed to prepare the script. Please ensure the app is updated to the latest version, check your network connection, or try again later.”
Both Install and Uninstall/Fix options are disabled.
The same installation USB worked on another PC.

Try delete the Gapps app and install again.

I managed to uninstall and reinstall it but it does not install.

You mentioned that this is happening on the USB drive. In that case, it’s quite possible that the USB was previously used on another device, which could cause issues when used on this one. You could re-flashing the USB drive and trying again — that should resolve the problem.

It is not running on USB drive, rather installed on laptop’s internal drive. I used the same USB to install FydeOS on another PC and there GApps works good. But here in my laptop It gives me the above error message.

Try the old version.
