DHH’s Omarchy is an opinionated, Hyprland-based Archlinux experience — and it now runs natively on the Fydetab Duo (RK3588S, aarch64).
What works:
• Hyprland 0.56 + the Quickshell Omarchy shell
• Wi-Fi/BT, Mali G610 GPU (panthor + Mesa), deep suspend/resume with lock-on-suspend
• Omarchy’s firewall, zram, theming, LocalSend — we build all the Omarchy packages for aarch64 in our repo since upstream only ships x86_64
• omarchy-update keeps you current from the rolling package repo
Honest caveats: it’s a experimental release — no disk encryption / btrfs snapshots (those need the Limine stack the tablet can’t run yet), a few menu apps are x86-only, and the default login is omarchy/omarchy — change it on first boot.
