Fix for Firefox scrolling issues?

Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:

  • Description: I followed this [Guide] FydeOS - The best options ✨ to install firefox-esg using penguin. That version has jerky scrolling with a touchpad, and touchscreen scrolling doesn’t work at all.

    Then I tried installing firefox using flathub.That version works fine for a couple minutes but then touchpad scrolling stops working completely on all tabs. Touchsceen scrolling continues to work.

    Has anyone else experienced these issues? Is there a solution?

  • Hardware & System Configuration: Surface Pro 7

    • Processor: Wasn’t able to find this info with Fyde OS installed

I has the same problem using firefox esr but! after install flatpak I used this command on pinguin:

sudo flatpak install flathub org.mozilla.firefox

And installed the latest firefox for linux. The only issue I have right now is the virtual keyboard not displays because Linux apps not supported that feature by now.

I use a Surface Go 3
